You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. ADAI is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login information.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

• Post, upload, or share content that infringes any intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Use the Services to engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the platform.
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms.

4. User Content and Listings

If you submit or upload content, including artwork listings, artist bios, gallery information, or messages, you retain ownership of your content. However, by submitting it to ADAI, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and promote it in connection with our Services and marketing efforts.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your content does not infringe or violate any third-party rights.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on ADAI, including but not limited to the platform design, logo, user interface, AI tools, and curated features, is the property of ADAI or its licensors and is protected under intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly allowed under these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on ADAI's intellectual property without our prior written consent.

6. Transactions and Sales

ADAI facilitates the discovery and promotion of art, and in some cases may offer tools for sales or inquiries. However, ADAI is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers unless explicitly stated.

All sales terms, including pricing, shipping, taxes, and returns, are the responsibility of the parties involved. ADAI is not liable for any disputes arising from such transactions.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in New York, NY.
